Would you like to reduce your stress levels, sleep better and improve your mental health? Or would you simply like some positive ‘me time’ and a chance to explore another avenue of self-development?

From busy mums and dads to holistic therapists and secret agents – everyone can benefit from simple meditation techniques.

Not sure what it’s about? Or have you tried and feel you failed?  Well, the good news is, you can’t ‘fail’ at meditation, just the effort of ‘trying’ to meditate, is actually meditating.  Some days or sessions will be better than others, but you can’t actually ‘fail’.

It’s not all about sitting cross-legged, chanting and sitting for hours on end, practical meditation can be done on a chair or on a garden bench, quietly, and for as little as 5 minutes depending on your lifestyle.  The key to experiencing the benefits of meditation is to do it regularly.

Meditation is about developing a state of awareness so that you can stay in the moment. This is important for your health and well being. Meditation is a state of consciousness in which a person goes deep within themselves, focusing the mind and eliminating outside influences to produce a state of deep peace and relaxation.

After this deep quietening of the mind, an ability to listen to one’s own thoughts and observe the mind, body and spirit is produced.  Once this is achieved, you can move deeper into expanding the spiritual awareness.

By practising meditation, you will find that you start to come into balance, physically, emotionally and mentally. Meditation is used by many to pursue a holistic or spiritual way of life, but the reality is that it is one of the most practical tools you can use to help you reduce stress.

With the growing popularity of meditation many of us are getting a taste of meditation and a wish to practise more intensively, but there are limited opportunities to take our meditation practice deeper.

This weekly meditation class is aimed to fulfil that need by experiencing mindfulness meditations, practising mindfulness meditation teaches us to stabilise the mind, our aim in mindfulness meditation is not to make the mind blank its about controlling our mind when it  goes off in lots of directions (which it likes to do) we train the mind to come back to the body and be present in the experience. Its not just a technique or a method its beautiful, it teaches us about life, about being alive, you will discover this over regular practise.

These classes will be held mostly in silence, apart from some teaching sessions to help you take your meditation deeper.

Working in a small group you will get hands on with the crystals in short sessions throughout the day, interspersed with some useful history, tradition, care, choosing, dedicating etc of crystals.  This is a focused and intense day taught in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.  You will leave inspired to work more with your crystals and happy in the knowledge that you now have the confidence to do so.

I Don’t Care What You Think !

Our ego, is a barrier between us and our soul. It creates illusionary perceptions about our reality which then shape our experiences.

We all have insecurities, be they about our appearance, level of intelligence, or habits. Why do we care so much about what other people think? Our need for approval is rooted in the ego. Join us for an emboldening and inspiring workshop aimed at helping each of us push past comfort zones.

When was the last time you got angry because things didn’t go your way? When have you felt like you were not appreciated, that you needed more, deserved more? When did you worry over how people

thought about you? When was the last time you refused to listen to someone, because you thought you were right and they were wrong?

We believe that our fear, anger, frustration, or any negative emotion results from externalities. We believe that it is the person who hurts us, the job that frustrates us, the situation that limits us, and once we change into a new relationship, a new company, a new environment, we will be fine. Yet, it’s rarely the case. The truth is, we become so caught up with the external opponent that we forget that the real opponent we need to be dealing with is the one within.

As part of the Ego series, this workshop explores the concept of Ego, how it affects our day-to-day life and how can we take control of it, instead of being controlled by. If you are looking for the root cause of

your sufferings and the ultimate remedy,

Did somebody say chakras?

Any idea what they are?

And what have they got to do

with feeling out of balance, burnt

out and lost?

Pretty much EVERYTHING!

There are seven main points in the body that are believed to be vortexes of energy, each with their own

vibration and meaning. When energy becomes stuck within a chakra, it can manifest as mental, physical and emotional imbalances from physical symptoms within the body to emotional outbursts and feelings.

This Chakra Workshop will give you an understanding of the different Chakras and how they relate to your overall well-being.

This workshop provides a powerful, personal development programme to assist you in creating the life

you want and experiencing a deeper connection with your true self.

During this workshop you will learn the theory behind the Law of Attraction and how to apply it as an approach to life through the practicing of specific, practical techniques on a daily basis.

In this workshop you will:learn the principles of manifestation; discover how to clear your mind so that you can feel your intuition, learn a program of powerful, practical techniques to utilise to create more of what you want, your ideal career, improved relationships, abundance, health & wellbeing or any other desire, discover how to release any challenging emotions or hindering beliefs and take time out to connect more deeply with your true self.

mind training enables us to stay strong and positive in how we face the challenges of life. Through training our minds, we can transform any negative circumstance into an opportunity to develop ourselves into a more balanced life.

Emotions like anger, greed and attachment disturb our peace of mind and cause us to lose control. Based on our own confusion, we react to our surroundings with frustration, clinging on to situations and suffer from anxiety. Mind training gives us a variety of methods to train our minds and diminish the strength of these disturbing attitudes. Mind training methods can help us gain balance and stability in our lives.and how we can change our attitudes about what we experience. We all know life is full of ups and downs and usually isn’t very easy. Many things happen to us all the time and these arise from a very broad spectrum of causes and conditions. we can learn to become far more open, relaxed, and even happy, in the face of the difficulties that come to us.

With the growing popularity of meditation many of us are getting a taste of meditation and a wish to practise more intensively, but there are limited opportunities to take our meditation practice deeper.

This workshop meditation is aimed to fulfil that need by experiencing different types of meditations from breathing meditations, visualisations, Native American, candle gazing, releasing emotions, sound meditations and much more.

This workshop will be held mostly in silence, apart from some teaching sessions to help you take your meditation deeper.

Many of us long for periods to quietly deepen the mind. The programme will provide a structure for practising together and within that you will be free to follow whatever personal thread is for you along with joining some guided sessions.

Are you ready to become more resilient so that you can make better choices and be truly in control of your life? Do you want to befriend stress and let go of anxiety so you stop missing out on new opportunities? Do you want to feel more content, more focused and positive in your day-to-day life? Are you ready to find your inner strength and creative power to help you grow and reach your dreams?

If the answer to any of the above is YES, you are in the right place!

We have the power to create a happier life for ourselves and a better world for everyone to share but it is not always easy. We are living in an attention deficit society. Everyday we are being bombarded with increasing number of information. Excessive use of technology makes our minds spin faster than ever before. Our daily lives are becoming more and more demanding yet our ability to manage those demands isn’t improving. We are constantly busy but no matter how good we get at multitasking we still feel like we are missing out. This way of life can be overwhelming and stressful and in the long term can result in sleep and anxiety disorders, burn out and depression.

To stay sane, to feel at ease and to be happy we need to develop tools which will help us counterbalance the external pressure of modern life. Being more mindful means being more relaxed, more in tune with our needs and limitations, aware of our emotions and reactions, more focused and productive but also more loving, compassionate and grateful.

These days, many people are developing an interest in Buddhism and the Buddhist way of life, in part because of its practical approach to the problems we experience in our daily lives, and also because Buddhism is an open, flexible faith that may be practiced by anyone, regardless of their ethnicity or religious background.

Practicing Buddhist teachings is the supreme method for improving the quality of our lives because the quality of life depends not upon external development or material progress, but upon the inner development of peace and happiness.

Buddhism teaches us to take responsibility for ourselves, our actions, and the consequences of our actions. Through meditation we can follow the same path of inner transformation that Buddha followed and eventually attain a lasting inner peace and real power to benefit others.

This workshop will give an introduction to basic Buddhist philosophy for those wishing to gain a deeper understanding of Buddhist wisdom and the practice of meditation.

Mindfulness for Stress workshop you will learn mindfulness skills to cope with stress, fear, depression, and anxiety, within a supportive and friendly group setting. This workshop will also teach you how to

boost your happiness and well-being, and find new sources of resilience, joy, and calm in your life.

We've helped lots of people suffering from stress associated with work, family or relationships, loss, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, chronic anxiety, social anxiety, and those who simply want to boost their resilience, learn mindfulness can help find greater joy and wellbeing in life.
